Robert Gagnard managed development of Lafayette, Louisiana’s, The Village of River Ranch and Sugar Mill Pond communities, along with a number of additional RR Company of America’s projects. His work, which is inspired by the New Urbanism movement, is dedicated to creating walkable, sustainable communities that offer an ideal mix of residential and commercial spaces.
